About the Conference
Research & Academic Conference on Project Management, 2015, is a three-day professional development event, conducted by Project Management Institute (PMI) India and hosted by the NITIE, Mumbai from 13th to 15th Feb 2015. The event is open to all project management academicians and students across India to come together, gain knowledge and share experiences.

Academicians and students have the option of attending a tutorial prior to the conference. The tutorials will help delegates get better insights on topics pertinent to Project Risk Management, Project Simulation and Planning software, Project Complexity and System Dynamic Modeling . In addition, we also have an exclusive Faculty Development Program for academicians. This is an optional program which delves deeper into the innovative techniques that can be adopted to teach project management.

Conference Registration Confirmation Process
Please follow the sequential process as mentioned below to register for the Research & Academic Conference 2015:

Step 1: Click here to download the registration/delegate details form. (The registration form is an excel document)

Step 2: Complete the registration form. (Please note all details/fields as mentioned in the form are mandatory including your category of participation and the payment details)

Step 3: Ensure that the email ID mentioned is valid and is mentioned correctly.

Step 4: Mention your name and contact number on the reverse of the payment instrument.

Step 5: Once you have completed the form -
  1. Email a copy of the completed registration form to: enquiries.rac@pmi-india.org AND
  2. Take a print of the completed registration form, attach the payments (Demand Draft / Cheque) and post it to the address mentioned below.

Step 6: The delegate will receive a confirmation email within 10 days of receipt of the soft copy and hard copy of the registration form along with the payment. Each delegate will have to carry a print out of the confirmation email to the venue along with his/her proof of category.

(For example: A student delegate needs to carry a valid student ID card issued by his/her current college/academic institution.)


Important Points
  1. The registration fee for the conference can be remitted by a crossed Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of "PMI ORGANIZATION CENTRE PRIVATE LIMITED", payable at Mumbai.

  2. Cancellations are not allowed, however transfer of registration is permitted not later than February 3rd, 2015. (In case there is a change in category, the differential amount will have to be paid.)

  3. A formal email confirmation will be sent on the registered email ID, within 10 days of the receipt of the form and cheque. Any other communication related to registration should not be treated as an official confirmation for participation. The registration process will be considered complete only when PMI India receives the payment and all the required documents & information.

  4. The hard copy of the form & cheque should reach PMI India not later than February 3rd, 2015.

  5. All payments, either by Cheque/DD are subject to realization. Cheques/DD should be payable at Mumbai or payable at par. Outstation Cheques/DDs will not be accepted.
