On 27 July, the chapter celebrated the first edition of its members’ and volunteers’ summit. The theme of the conference, held at the auditorium of Tata Communications, was “Collaborate and Serve.” The primary objective was to discuss ways to build an ecosystem of knowledge in project management across industry, academia, social, and professional bodies. The keynote speakers were Debashis Biswas from LinkedIn Kolkata and Subhojit Roy from Rotary Club. Both of them spoke about spreading project management knowledge in the social sector and academia in line with PMI's service philosophy.HR Sampark was a partner for this event. Besides chapter members and volunteers, members from the Indian Society for Training and Development also attended it.
