PMI West Bengal Chapter has partnered up with Rotary Club of Calcutta Suncity to work toward thalassemia prevention and control. On 5 May, the two organizations jointly launched a yearlong thalassemia awareness drive. Volunteers planted saplings and spoke on various aspects of the hereditary blood disorder.
