In an attempt to make social sector projects more effective, the chapter organized a workshop on project management skills for NGOs. Representatives from eight Kolkatabased NGOs attended the workshop that focused on the unique challenges that social sector projects face and what project managers can do to ensure better outcomes. The chapter conducted a workshop on project management as a life skill at Management Development Institute, Murshidabad on 22 June. Around 140 students attended the session.
