Tony Appleby, MBA, CDir, PMP

Managing Director, Project Strategy Consulting Group

Tony Appleby is the managing director of the Project Strategy Consulting Group, specializing in organizational maturity and the delivery of strategic transformation. He has led engagements on six continents, partnering with executive and country leadership teams to achieve business objectives through improved operational capabilities and strategic performance management. He is also focused on expanding organizational project management process excellence to government agencies and nongovernmental organizations in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

He is a member of numerous professional organizations and holds a variety of specialized credentials across multiple disciplines, including governance, audit controls and organizational development. He served ten years on the board of directors for a manufacturing concern and is an active member of the U.S.-based National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and a Chartered Director and Fellow of the U.K.-based Institute of Directors (IoD). He is an experienced public speaker and has delivered presentations around the world on organizational project management and strategy execution best practices.

Prior to consulting, he spent over 20 years advancing his practical knowledge of project and change management across a variety of industries and disciplines. He has directly managed complex, global high-value projects in the healthcare, engineering, technology and research sectors.

Mr. Appleby is also a long-time PMI volunteer, having served on the board and as president of the PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter. He has supported several global PMI committees and task forces over the past decade, including serving as a member of the PMI Ethics Member Advisory Group and four years as the PMI Region Mentor for Southwest North America.

Mr. Appleby is a former military officer and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in international business. He is passionate about volunteerism and has been helping nonprofit and professional communities since his youth.

Sarah Gadd

Global Head of Data and Artificial Intelligence Solutions, Credit Suisse

Sarah is the Global Head of Data and Artificial Intelligence Solutions at Credit Suisse, a leading global wealth manager with strong investment banking capabilities. Sarah has worked in Financial Services for over 15 years, driving and implementing change across business divisions and within technology. In her current role, Sarah leads the team that covers the global Big Data Platform at Credit Suisse; Centre of excellence for Artificial Intelligence, Semantics and Machine Learning; Swiss Data Warehouse; Informatica; Artificial Intelligence Governance; and the Analytic Community Forum; with a team of over 110 people across India, Switzerland, United States, United Kingdom, Singapore and Poland.

Stephanie Hoogenbergen

Managing Director, Credit Suisse

Stephanie is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Swiss Universal Bank division, based in Zurich. She is also the COO for the technology group and the Head of the Agile Transformation program called AURORA.

Prior to this, she was the IT Site Head for Poland and global head Portfolio Management for the infrastructure group during 2016 and 2017. She held key roles in a wide range of technology functions and divisions focusing on strategy development, organizational change, program delivery, offshoring and COO functions.

From 2011 to 2016 she was based in New York and the global IT Program Manager for the Legal Entity Program and led a global transformation and cost-efficiency program for production support and testing. Before that she was based out of Singapore and Hong Kong responsible for the COO function in the APAC region and the implementation and establishment of APAC Centers of Excellence in Pune and Singapore.

Stephanie joined Credit Suisse in 2007 after several years in business management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers / IBM Global Services in Hong Kong and Switzerland, as well as for Ernst & Young Consulting Services in the Netherlands.

She holds a Master of Science Business Administration from the Erasmus University, Netherlands.

Candice Wyatt, PMP & PMI-ACP

Director of Project Management, Red Door Interactive

Candice Wyatt is a PMP and PMI-ACP certified project management professional and Director of Project Management at an award-winning marketing agency, Red Door Interactive. She manages the agency's cross-channel producers, program managers, and technical project managers and started the agency's PMO four years ago and still leads the PMO today. She has worked on notable clients such as WD-40, Titleist, Bosch, and ASICS and was co-managing director of San Diego's Girls in Tech non-profit.

Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai

Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai is a Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai, and has done extensive research on "Kautilya's Arthashastra" from Chinmaya International Foundation (CIF), Kerala under the guidance of Dr Gangadharan Nair (Dean of Adi Shankara Sanskrit University). He is also an MA in Sanskrit. On the popular side, Dr.Pillai is known for his internationally best-selling book Corporate Chanakya and other books in the Chanakya series.

With nearly 25 years of experience, Dr Pillai is a leadership speaker, trainer, and personal mentor, who trains leaders and aspirants from various fields including corporates, politics, academics and public services. He is a certified management consultant from the International Institute of Management Consultants. Dr Pillai is the Director at SPM Foundation and Founder Director of Atma Darshan Pvt Ltd (a Spiritual Tourism Company) & Chanakya Aanvikshiki Pvt Ltd (a Leadership Training & Mentoring Institute). Sandeep brings in 20 years of professional experience in Software industry. His expertise lies in Process Automation, Bid & Proposal Management, Project & Portfolio Management and Product Lifecycle Management solutions. He has developed deep insights into the business of Professional services, Engineering design, Automotive, EPC and Pharmaceutical verticals.

He founded ProductDossier in April 2006 with the single focus on building enterprise solutions for the global corporations. ProductDossier flagship Product ‘TouchBase’ is an integrated Project management Software and is being used several organizations around the world including large pure play engineering design companies in India like QuEST Global, Tata Technologies, Faurecia Design Centre, BARC, BHEL, Videocon, ThyssenKrupp Industries to name a few.

Before founding ProductDossier, Sandeep was working with Geometric Software for about 6 years. He was instrumental in starting and developing the PDM business for Geometric, which is now full fledge PLM division. Sandeep started his career with Tata Research Center (TRC) and was implementing Process Automation software for chemical and mineral processing industry in India.

He is currently focusing on growing his company ProductDossier within India and overseas.

Luis Seabra Coelho

During Luis’s career spanning over 20 years, he has been responsible for projects across industries with a particular focus on the business benefits provided by the projects’ outputs.

Since 1996 he has been working for a large Portuguese multi-industry holding, Grupo José de Mello. Ranging from Healthcare, Financial, Chemical, Infrastructure (highways), Senior Homes and Wine industries, this holding’s diverse activity has allowed him to understand the different ways by which projects implement the business strategy.
