PMI India Champion Amrita Banerjee collaborated with the PMI West Bengal Chapter to conduct an awareness session on the Project Management Professional (PMP)® for those interested in taking the PMP® exam. The session on 8 June in Kolkata covered an introduction to the PMP, organizational influences and project life cycles, project management processes, and project integration management. She also spoke about the benefits of PMI membership and provided some tips on the PMP application process and the completion journey.

The session lasted nine hours as Ms. Banerjee addressed questions from practitioners on various aspects of the PMP preparation journey. Seven professionals from various organizations took part in it.
