Registration Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. Communication Address:
    The official address for all communications pertaining to this conference will be of:

  2. Early Bird Offer:
    1. Online registrations done uptill 31st July 2014 or the first 300 online registrations (whichever is first) are eligible for Early Bird Offer.
    2. Early Bird delegates will get to attend an additional exclusive session of 4 hours, get a chance to earn 4 additional PDUs.
    3. The early bird event will be scheduled before the inauguration event on 11th September
    4. Delegates eligible for early bird offer will be confirmed via email separately.

  3. Offline Registrations - Groups of Corporate Delegates / PMI REP® (Non Internal Training Provider), Students and groups of above 5 number of individuals
    1. Only student delegates can make individual payments.
    2. If a set of individuals come together as a group then only one single cheque needs to be issued for the entire group.

    5. Group Discounts applicable:
      • 5 to 9 in a group - Discount of Rs. 1,000
      • 10+ in a group - Discount of Rs. 1,500
      Group discounts mentioned are 'per participant' and applicable over the price availed under any individual category.
    6. For PMI REP® (Non Internal Training Provider) delegates, employment authorization letter is required from the Authorized Signatory during registration.
    7. Delegates applying under student category should be students enrolled under full time programs in the current academic year from a recognized institution. Valid Identity proof needs to be submitted during registration.

  4. Cancellation/Refund & Transfer of Registration:
    1. Cancellation and/or refund of registration is NOT allowed for any category, however registration can be transferred, provided the category of registration remains unchanged and all request for transfer is made on/before 1st September 2014. If in case the category of registration differs, balance amount if any will be payable.
    2. Delegates registered under specific discounts cannot transfer their registration to any other individual who does not qualify for that particular level of discount.
    3. All transfers requests are subject to scrutiny and may be rejected by the organizing committee if found inappropriate.

  5. Important Instructions for Delegates:
    • Inaugural/Valedictory Sessions, Keynote/Special Addresses, Panel Discussions, Debates & the Cultural Programme will be conducted in the main hall. These events will also be telecasted live to a separate hall at the venue for comfortable viewing. Entry in the main hall will be on first come first serve basis.
    • Remember you are bound by the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
    • Providing of incorrect information for the purpose of claiming offers or otherwise, will lead to cancellation of registration and the registration amount paid shall not be refunded.
    • The delegate fee is inclusive of Service Tax.
    • Except Loyalty Program, no other offers can be clubbed together.
    • Government Employees include Central / State Government employees. Nationalized Bank / Insurance company /PSU employees do not fall under Government Category.
    • Members and credential holders should provide membership number and credential number at the time of registering.
    • All registration processes either online or off-line should be completed within the specified date(s).
    • All payments have to be made in favor of "PMI Organization Center Private Limited", payable at Mumbai.
    • Include your registration number, e-mail address, name and dates of the event in all future correspondence.
