Registration Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. Communication Address:

  2. Payment Linked Confirmation: Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Organizers reserve the complete rights to refuse unpaid attendees at the venue. Please note that all payments must be made in Indian Rupees.

  3. Payment Modes: We accept three types of fee payment: Credit Card, Debit Card payments and NetBanking via the online registration facility provided.

  4. Bulk corporate booking Rules: Payment for the group registration should be made on a single invoice. The payment should be in favor of "PMI Organization Centre Private Limited".

  5. Group / Corporate Discount:
    1. Group registration can be done via online or offline
    2. Offline registrations are NOT eligible for Early Bird offer
    3. A group of 5 to 10 people will get 5% discount and a group of 11 or above will get 10% discount on the conference fee
    4. Group discount is not applicable for registrations under "Academia / Students / Government Employees / NGO" category

  6. Loyalty Program Offer:
    1. Delegates who attended PMI India National Conference 2011, Tamil Nadu Project Management Conference and Kochi Conference are eligible for Loyalty Offer - INR 500 discount on the delegate fee
    2. The Loyalty offer can be claimed only once, even if any delegate attended more than one of the 3 conferences mentioned above
    3. The unique discount codes have to be used for claiming the Loyalty Bonus Discount
    4. The discount codes can be used only once. Discount codes are NOT transferable
    5. If improper usage of code is found, then the candidates will be requested to pay thedifference, failing which their registration will be cancelled. In such cases, the registration amount will NOT be re-funded
    6. No Loyalty Bonus Discount for Group Registrations and offline registrations
    7. Delegates who have registered by availing the "Loyalty offer", cannot transfer their registrations
    8. Loyalty Offer is valid only up to 15th August, 2012

  7. Early Bird Offer:
    1. All the delegates eligible for early bird offer will be confirmed via email
    2. Offline registrations are NOT eligible for Early Bird offer

  8. Offline Registrations - Academia / Students / Government Employee/ NGO:
    1. Group registrations can be done offline by producing the cheque for the registration amount
    2. All "Academia / Students/ Government Employees / NGO" registrations can be done only offline
    3. Only full time students in any institutions are eligible for registering under "Students" category. Valid Identify proof need to be produced at the time of registration
    4. Only people working for State or Central Governments are eligible to register under the category "Government Employees". The delegates must produce valid identification proof before making the payment. They can mail the ID proof to
    5. Only one delegate is permitted from one registered "NGO" to register under the "NGO" category. The valid proof of the NGO should be submitted to the registration committee on
    6. Any UGC / AICTE approved institution and on full time faculties are eligible for registration under 'Academia' category. Valid ID proof need to provided before registration

  9. Cancellation:
    1. No cancellation is allowed for any category of registrations
    2. In case the registered delegate is not able to attend the conference, the delegate can transfer the registration to another delegate
    3. All such transfers has to be approved by the Registration Committee
    4. Transfers of registrations are allowed only up to 14th Sep 2012
    5. The delegate should write to the Registration Committee on
    6. Upon the receipt of the request, the Registration Committee will validate and approve the request
    7. The transferred candidate should bring the Original mail confirmation received, along with the approval mail from Registration Committee
    8. Delegates who availed the Loyalty discount cannot transfer the registrations
