Role of a Senior Champion


Senior Champions team comprises of members who are responsible for mentoring, inspiring and supporting champions in program advocacy efforts within their organizations. They also explore opportunities to expand program reach in their professional network beyond their organization.

The role of a Senior Champion includes the following
  • Mentor Champions to deliver results for the program by coordinating with the Champions, PMI India and CAC
  • Lead subcommittees established for specific activities
  • Identify any potential opportunities or risks towards execution and report to CAC team
