Dr C. Gundu Rao, ESI International
Dr. C. Gundu Rao, an instructor with ESI International, has more than 36 years of organizational leadership experience in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, personal care products, and training and consulting industries. He is the founder and director of SanGun Training & Consulting Pvt Ltd. Dr. Rao specializes in human resources (HR), total quality management (Kaizen and quality tools), business process reengineering (change implementation), and training program design and development. Within the HR arena, his expertise lies in performance management, succession planning, talent management, HR auditing, competency mapping, job evaluations, development centers, visioning, strategy mapping, innovation, creativity, and use of the balanced scorecard.
A seasoned trainer, Dr. Rao has trained and consulted with more than 80 organizations throughout India, Qatar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and Singapore. He has conducted various training programs in such subject areas as leadership, teamwork, sales, customer service, and psychometric tools. Dr. Rao is an accomplished professional, having earned numerous certifications and attended training to further his own professional development. He is an AchieveGlobal Master Trainer, specializing in the areas of sales, customer service, leadership, and teamwork; a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), as awarded by Target Training International; and a Certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) practitioner. He is also certified by Eicher Consultancy to run total quality management (TQM) programs. He has attended a master class with Trompenaars Hampden-Turner (THT), the gurus of cross-cultural issues, and he has conducted several Assessment Centers for Reckitt Benckiser (formerly Reckitt & Colman).
Dr. Rao holds an MSc in Chemistry from Bangalore University, a PhD in organic chemistry from the Indian Institute of Science, and an MBA in human resources.
Ms Swati Bapat, Valense & Palatine
Swati Bapat has over 20 years of experience in software industry. She managed development unit effectively for a software product company. She has worked as an off-shore delivery manager in a USA based Multinational Company involved in Application and Infrastructure outsourcing. She has handled Training and consulting assignments in the area of project / program management, within and outside India. She has rich experience in handling large scale software development projects/ programs for multinational companies. Has good exposure in product life cycle from inception through prototyping followed by development through maintenance. She has handled global accounts in terms of software/ service delivery and customer relationship management.
