- Travel agency rates mentioned above are inclusive of all taxes. Hence, while bookings your stay through other channels, you may like to check other applicable charges like GST, Convenience Fee, etc., to arrive at final price and then make an informed choice and book through either channel.
- For bookings made through travel agency contracted by PMI North India Chapter, please announce to them that your bookings are meant for "PMI" event, so that you can avail of these discounted rates. On your behalf, they will check room availability in your preferred hotel(s) and revert with confirmation on availability and will also send you a link for making online payments directly to them. On reciept of payment, customized mail with booking and hotel details will be sent to you directly by the travel agency.

- Delegates staying at hotels in Dwarka or New Delhi, have the option to take a Delhi Metro train and reach conference venue. Please note that an interchange is required at Sector 23 Delhi Metro Station from where the Airport Express metro line will take you to "Aero City" metro station.
