CII - PMI Online Master Class Series on "Project Management" 2014

CII is organizing an Online Master Class Series on Project, Program and Portfolio Management, as a sequel to the previous series held successfully in 2013. The previous series' focus was on issues in specific spheres. This year, the series will move one step ahead of the 10 knowledge areas of PMI's PMBOK. Guide and other key concepts and methodologies of Project Management covered previously.

This year's topics include latest trends and practices in project, program and portfolio management as well as project management best practices. These Classes will also touch upon the present day challenges faced by the practitioners and the best possible solutions to overcome them. Through anecdotes and case studies, experts will offer their insights and guidance on how to deliver benefits to the organization in this dynamic and competitive scenario.
