About Champion Program

Project management isn't just about projects-it's about people too, which is why it's important to get involved with PMI. By being part of PMI India Champion Program one can increase his/her opportunities for leadership, collaboration and networking. One of the greatest benefits of this Champion Program is the opportunity to make a difference in the profession.

We need Champions like you. Volunteers like you are the lifeblood and foundation of PMI. Your participation enables us to serve, grow and advance the project management profession across the globe.

PMI & its career roadmap have had significant focus in India and this has led to substantial awareness in various realms of business. Though there has been a strong support for the PMI Initiatives and considerable maturity in terms of champions, stakeholders and leaders, PMI growth has been restricted to select Industries and organizations, groups and leaders who have taken on the PMI career roadmap and developed skills in the project management space.

This program is aligned for growing this existing circle, for advocacy and creating a sense of evangelism about the field of project management and PMI, across organizations, by key people from the industry.
